We appreciate you checking out and understanding our booking policies. We try to do everything as professionally as possible. From the moment you call to the moment we get back from your charter with us. This is a guideline to our process..
Booking a fishing charter with us is easy. Save time and money and call us. You must speak to us directly to make a reservation on our boat.
When you call we will ask for all of your basic information. Name, cell number, email address and billing address.
We will ask some additional charter related questions Such as how many persons in your group? Length of trip? and so on. This is so we can prep the boat and the crew for your particular charter.
In order to put your charter in the schedule we will need a credit card to use for a 20% deposit.
We cannot hold a date without a 20% deposit.
We have a 7 day cancellation policy on our private fishing charters.
If cancelled inside 7 days Your deposit will not be returned.
If cancelled inside 24 hours of trip date. You will be billed in full for the whole charter.
Cancellations should be done over the phone with us in person.. OR.. Leave a Voice Mail with your cancellation. OR.. Text Us Or Email Us (best).
Cancellations due to weather are the captains call only. Often we are able to reschedule for a better day if we have to bag a trip.
Once all the information has been gathered and a booking is made. We send you a confirmation via email. This spells out in detail what you have booked, the dates of the charter, directions where to meet the boat, cancellation policies and after hours phone numbers in case of emergency.
